Article Q: Does Rome cover shipping of product to a Rome service center to be inspected?

A: No.

Q: So I am responsible for shipping product to Rome?

A: Yes.

Q: If the product is deemed replaceable, do I need to pay for the replacement to be shipped to me?

A: No, we will cover that.

Q: If the product is denied for warranty, do I need to pay to get it back?

A: Nope, we'll send it back to you on our dime. Or, if you'd like, we can just dispose of it here.

Q: What can I do to lower my shipping costs?

A: We recommend that you shop around to all possible providers to see what you can get the best rate on (for US customers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx). It also helps if you can provide your own packaging. A local shop may be able to help you with this, or you can jerryrig some boxes together.

Q: Can I use shipping peanuts?

A: Please don't. They will end up all over our shipping room floor and we will not be stoked.
