HELP: Why aren't my photos going through?
Article If you've sent us photos / pictures / images / movies and we haven't gotten back to you, we're not ignoring you, they've just been blocked by our server.

Because we archive all warranty photos, we need to keep file sizes down to a reasonable level to avoid filling up our space too fast. With that in mind, note that for each reply to a warranty ticket that you send, it's imperative that the total size of attachments amounts to no more than 2 MB (2000 KB). So if you send 1 3 MB photo, we won't see it. If you send 3 1 MB photos, we won't see them.

That being said, we do like having as many photos as possible to assess your claim so feel free to post multiple replies if you'd like. Sending 2-3 1.5 MB photos, one at a time, is usually a good way to go about it.

If you send photos and do not hear back from us within 2 business days, do not hesitate to follow up with another message (w/o photo) and ask if we got them.
